Who do I contact if I have questions about my registration?

Please email cascadiaconference@crgevents.com with any questions or call us at (206) 436-0244 or toll free at (877) 558-9437. Our team will be available Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, PST.

What is the cost to attend?

General conference pass: $400.00 CAD

A valid credit card is required for payment. We are not able to split payments; that is, you cannot pay with multiple credit cards to avoid a credit card limit for conference registration fees. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Can I reserve hotel accommodations?

Book your hotel by going to the Cascadia Innovation Corridor Hotel Page. All reservations must be created before 3:00pm Pacific Time on Monday, September 24, 2018.

How do I cancel my registration?

All registration cancellation requests must be submitted by email to cascadiaconference@crgevents.com.

Cancellations will incur a $50.00 + tax CAD processing fee before Cancellation date September 25, 2018. After September 25, 2018, there are no refunds offered. If you need to cancel your registration, you will be refunded the original amount paid in CAD. Please note that there may be a difference in the refund received based on the exchange rate at that time. No accommodations will be made for the difference in the exchange rate.
